What we collect
When you order, we store your name, email, address and order details so we can ship and support you. Newsletter signups store your email so we can send the 25% welcome code and occasional updates.
How we use it
Your data powers shipping, returns, support replies and — only with your consent — marketing emails. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
What we never do
We never sell personal information, never share it with data brokers, and never run ads that follow you around the internet using our customer list.
Payments
Card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers. We see only the last four digits and the approval status.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data anytime at hello@veinstone.co. We respond within 30 days.
